1. EXECUTIVE SEARCH
We offer a one-time placement service for direct-hire employees, from rank and file to executive level. The successful candidate will be under our client’s employment terms and conditions and it is our client who pays the salaries and other benefits of the workers at the site. Our client pays us a one-time service fee equivalent to a certain percentage depending on the position. Should the candidate voluntarily resign or discontinue his/her employment, we will provide a replacement without any further charges as part of the 30-days guarantee. We will collect the payment after 30 days
2. AGENCY SERVICE FEE (ASF)
We offer a 12% admin fee (negotiable) to our client for those employees that are going to be under the agency. The client has an option to absorb the employee anytime. With that, they have to pay for the absorption fee equivalent to 10% of the gross compensation of twelve (12) months of the personnel deployed.
a. Project-Based Employment
We can provide resources in assigning employees on a project-based engagement, allowing you to deploy employees only for a specific time frame.
b. Seasonal Employment
We also provide outsourcing for seasonal employees to fill in your organization’s temporary needs during certain times of the year.
c. Fixed-Term Employment
A Fixed-Term Contract is where there is an arrangement between employer and employee to
perform work for a certain period of time.
